Dow Jones Forecast: Momentum Stocks Gain Ground but Resistance Weighs Heavy

After opening higher, the Dow Jones forfeited gains as trade tensions look to derail a post-FOMC rally higher. Still, tech and momentum stocks were able to stem recent losses.
