Nasdaq Breaks Fresh Record. Hang Seng and ASX 200 to Open Mixed

The Nasdaq Composite climbed 0.42% to a record high of 11,311, sending the major Asia-Pacific stock indices higher. However, 72% of the S&P 500 components ended lower.
